This Week with Introspective
The definition of Adventure from the Skills Discovery:
You quite like the risk of the untried and can look forward to being outside of your comfort zone.
Challenging scenarios provide ways for you to understand what you can and can't do.
You may like to push the boundaries and see what life will throw at you.
Questions to help you bring this strength to life:
When is the last time doing something uncomfortable lead to something great?
Where in your life are you playing it too safe right now?
What's one small thing you could try this week that's just outside your comfort zone?

Strength Story: Katharina
The Strength of Adventure
Katharina's Adventure strength shows up in the way she approaches life. When COVID hit, rather than holding tight to certainty, she left her job to travel without a plan, which ultimately led her to launch her own legal consulting practice. What surprises people is that Adventure doesn't leave her feeling unsettled, stretching beyond her comfort zone is actually where she feels most grounded and alive. Her advice: start small, take a breath, and just go for it, because most of the fears we imagine never actually materialize.
